1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PR Service Centre website and your engagement with PR Service Centre for commercial HVAC engineering, installation, project execution, maintenance, servicing, AMC, CMC and related services.

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

2. About PR Service Centre

PR Service Centre provides commercial HVAC engineering and maintenance solutions for offices, commercial properties, industrial facilities, hotels, retail spaces and other engineered environments.

Our services may include HVAC projects, VRF/VRV systems, chiller systems, AHU/FCU systems, BMS and VFD solutions, ducting and ventilation, AMC/CMC and related technical services.

3. Website Information

Information published on this website is provided for general informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and relevant, service availability, specifications, pricing, timelines and technical requirements may change depending on the project and site conditions.

4. Enquiries & Quotations

Enquiries submitted through this website do not automatically constitute an order or service contract.

Any quotation issued by PR Service Centre may be subject to site inspection, technical assessment, equipment condition, measurements, scope confirmation and availability of materials or equipment.

A quotation becomes applicable only after acceptance by the customer and confirmation of the agreed scope, commercial terms and applicable conditions.

5. Scope of Work

The scope of work will be based on the quotation, work order, purchase order, service agreement or other written documentation mutually accepted by the parties.

Any additional work, materials, equipment, modifications or requirements outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may be separately quoted.

6. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the premises, equipment, plant rooms, electrical panels, service areas and other locations necessary for carrying out the agreed work.

The customer should also provide required permissions, shutdown arrangements, safety clearances and site information where applicable.

Delays caused by restricted access, unavailable equipment, site conditions, permissions or customer-side dependencies may affect the agreed schedule.

7. Equipment & Site Conditions

HVAC systems may contain electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, control and other components. During inspection or servicing, additional faults or pre-existing conditions may be identified.

Where such conditions are outside the original scope, PR Service Centre may provide a separate recommendation or quotation before proceeding with additional work.

8. Pricing & Payment

Pricing will be stated in the applicable quotation or commercial document. Taxes, transportation, materials, equipment, labour, access requirements and other charges will be handled according to the agreed commercial terms.

Payment schedules and credit terms, where applicable, will be governed by the accepted quotation, purchase order, work order, service agreement or invoice.

Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

9. AMC / CMC Services

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) services will be governed by the specific agreement issued for the customer and site.

The applicable agreement will define the covered equipment, preventive maintenance frequency, breakdown support, included and excluded items, response conditions, replacement parts and other commercial terms.

10. Warranty

Where a warranty is applicable, its duration and coverage will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, work order, service report or agreement.

Warranty coverage may be subject to proper operation, maintenance and use of the equipment and may exclude failures resulting from misuse, external damage, unauthorized modification, electrical issues, environmental conditions or other causes outside the agreed scope.

11. Third-Party Equipment & Components

HVAC projects may involve equipment, components or materials manufactured or supplied by third parties. Manufacturer warranties and conditions may apply to such products in addition to the terms agreed between PR Service Centre and the customer.

12. Project Timelines

Project and service timelines are based on the agreed scope and expected site conditions. Timelines may be affected by material availability, approvals, site access, shutdown requirements, civil or electrical works, third-party dependencies, unforeseen site conditions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Website Content

Product names, technical descriptions, photographs, illustrations and other information appearing on the website may be updated from time to time. Website content should not be treated as a substitute for a site-specific technical assessment or professional engineering recommendation.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs and other materials, belongs to or is used by PR Service Centre with appropriate rights.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorized access or misuse any information or service provided through the website.

16. Privacy

Information submitted through the website may be used for responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, providing services and communicating with customers in accordance with our applicable privacy practices.

17. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be considered responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations to the extent caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, major infrastructure disruptions, transportation interruptions, labour disruptions or other circumstances that could not reasonably be prevented.

18. Changes to These Terms

PR Service Centre may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply to future use of the website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19. Governing Law
